Anti-Aging Nutrients For InSide and Out

Anti aging?  Anti means opposed to, we won’t oppose Aging it should happen.  Instead let’s embrace it and understand how we are able to age in health.  I do not need my last years fighting what we won’t stop.  I want to find out what to eat, think and do to make them the best.  There’s a massive market for Anti-aging stuff, it sounds like a battle, people your about to lose, what about aging graceful, healthy.  I am shocked they have not come up with anti death vitamins.  I know you fellows, you may still attempt to “anti the age” so lets look at some things which will help :

Proanthocyanidins and Vitamin C - deserve their stellar reputes as antioxidants that slake free radicals and potentiate other antioxidants.  When working together the proantho increased the span vitamin C could stay in our system by four hundred percent.  Proanthocyanidins was discovered in 1936 by Professor Jacques Masquelier and called Vitamin P.  Of course they dropped the Vitamin P and went with the longer word nobody could spell.

DHEA ( dehydroepiandrosterone ) is an adrenal hormone that is the predecessor for steroid hormones such as testosterone and estrogen.  DHEA declines precipitously with advancing age in both males and females.  DHEA became credible to the medical establishment when the NY Academy of Sciences released a book entitled DHEA and Aging.  This book provided scientific validation for the various life extending effects of DHEA.

Testosterone the hormonal impulse for sex drive in both men and women.  Testosterone declines with advancing age in both sexes.  It plays a very important role in maintaining muscle mass, strength and bone density.  The hormone is administered to both men and ladies as a cream, additions or injectable.

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland.  Melatonin is a very powerful antioxidant, which has been described as the pacemaker of the aging clock in humans.  It is released constantly to help induce sleep and recuperation from fatigue.

Folic Acid, Vitamin B6 and VitaminB12

Cardiovascular disease, the number-one killer of women and men, claims the lives of just about 40% of the more than 2.4 million Americans who die every year.  Today, about 64 million US people have some form of cardiovascular illness.  Homocysteine is a cardio risk factor as well as low-density lipoprotein ( LDL ).  Homocysteine can make blood clot heightening the risk of both coronary and death by heart attack.  Inadequate levels of folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 can cause increased homocysteine levels.
