A Healthy Habit You Must Develop

Its seems a though everybody has been on a green tea binge lately which is great because its a very healthy habit. I am so very excited about all the positive research about the benefits of green tea. The exciting news keeps on coming. Nonetheless, you need to also read more than just my review. I mean after all I am only your neighborhood reporter and beauty goddess. (and yes, that is my official title) But, look below at all the peer-reviewed information that is widely available:

2001 International Journal of Cancer
Green tea is well known for helping prevent many different chronic diseases. Scientists analyzed people for this study. You certainly aren’t dealing with fish and green tea. These were real people who live in China.

2003 International Journal of Cancer
Green tea can actually hinder the production of some type of cancer. If angiogenesis is occurring in your blood cells then cancer can also develop. This means that the healthy habit of green tea can help stop cancer that is already in existence by inhibiting its formation and growth.

2006 Journal of American Medical Association
Carcinogenic deaths have really decreased due in part to green tea. This study showed that people who drank more green tea tended to have lower mortality rates due to cancer. Cancer recovery has been seen to be made more effective by drinking green tea.

2009 American Journal of Epidemiology
Blood and lymph cancers can be held at bay by green tea. There has been a new study released from Japan stating that by drinking 5 cups of green tea daily you will reduce you chances of getting these cancers by up to 50 percent.

So, as you have read, green tea is truly a healthy habit you should keep. If you do not already have the habit, then start working on it right now. Believe me, its so much better and better for you than trying to start some new bad habit. You can make your own or take it as a supplement. It’s ok if you don’t like the taste, just take it in a capsule. Your will live longer and healthier by indulging in this healthiest of habits.
